RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CERTIFYING TO A
NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED WEST RAMONA BOULEVARD
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park is considering the adoption of a
Redevelopment Plan for the West Ramona Boulevard Redevelopment Project
Area in order to eliminate the existing blight in the project area; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been prepared by the Baldwin Park
Redevelopment Agency on the proposed project pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that there were no other Agencies other
than the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency and the City of Baldwin Park
involved in the approval of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park finds,
determines and resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council has reviewed and considered the
Negative Declaration and all attachments as set forth in the Report to
the City Council", West Ramona Boulevard Redevelopment Project.
SECTION 2. That the City Council certifies the Negative Declaration
was prepared in accordance with all applicable laws and hereby orders the
same to be filed in accordance with applicable laws.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th d^y/f September. 1979.
