A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO VACATE THAT CERTAIN
STREET EASEMENT AT 13366 RAMONA
BOULEVARD 79-V-.2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that cer-
tain street easement as shown in Exhibit A" and described as
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 19 tract
8805 M.B. 116-1 Los Angeles County, thence Northeasterly
along the Northerly line of said Lot 19 a distance of
25 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing
Northeasterly along said Northerly line of Lot 19 a distance
of 60 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the South-
west having a radius of 15 feet and a central angle of 900
00' 00", thence along said curve to its point of tangency
with the Westerly tine of Foster Ave, thence Northwesterly
along said Westerly line of Foster Ave, to a curve concave
to the Southwest having a radius of 27 feet and a central
angle of 90°, thence along said curve to a point of tan-
gency with a tine 20 feet Northerly and parallel to the
Northerly line of Lot 19, thence Southwesterly along said
parallel line a distance of 48 feet, thence South Easterly
at right angles to the last mentioned line 20 feet to the
true point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of
Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. Jhat in accordance with Section 65402 of the Government
Code, Planning Commission on July 13, 1979 found that said vacation would
be in conformance with the General Plan and its elements.
SECTION 4. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 17th day of October
1979, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at the City
Ha11, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation
as above described.
SECTION 5. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices to
be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets and High-
ways Code.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall Certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
