A RESOL17ETON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
A COMMISSIONER TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CnY OF BALDWIN PARK
VjHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to Section 34200 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code Housing Authorities
Law) declared the need for a Housing Authority and appointed certain persons
as Cbnroissioners in Resolution No. 77-88; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34272 of said Code, the City Council
wishes to reappoint a qualified person of the oorrtnunity as a Housing Authority
Ccannissioner.
NOW, IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park:
SECTION I. that the City Council hereby reappoints Dr. Robert Lane
as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park for
a period of four 4) years.
SECTION 2. lhat said Conmissioner is hereby vested with all the
rights, powsrs, duties, privileges and immunities incident thereto, except
that no rnenter of the Cdtinission shall receive any compensation, as such,
for serving as a menter of said Housing Authority.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect imnediately.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Septenber, 1979.
