A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING COMMUNITY
BLOCK GRAWT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS AND
CONTRACTS WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park finds a need to participate in
the HCDA Block Grant Program and,
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park will receive HCDA funds as
necessary to acoonplish certain permitted activities that benefit the
City, especially the low and moderate income, the elderly and the
handicapped peoples of the oannunity.
NCW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor of the City of
Baldwin Park is authorized to sign all Cooperation Agreements and contracts
with the County of Los Angeles for the accomplishment of the Ccrrrnunity
Block Grant Program.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Septerrber, 1979.
