HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979 110 CC RESO1979 110 CC RESO(Ììí' RESOLUTION NO. 79-110 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-65 SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES, PERMITS AND LICENSES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the cost of issuing, processing and filing various city services, permits and licenses shall be in accordance with the attached Chart of Fees and Charges, marked Exhibit A". SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 78-65 and all amendments thereto, in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. That said Chart of Fees and Charges shall become effective immediately. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October 1979.
