A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THL CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA. DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR A PAVEMENT MARK-
ING SAFETY PROGRAM
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby
resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Master Agree-
ment No. 07-5323 with the State of California for
Local Agency Federal Aid Safety Improvement Projects;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to place pavement markers to con-
form to 1978 MUTCD and State of California standards;
and
WHEREAS, said project is to be funded under a Federal Aid
Program;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park hereby authorizes the Mayor
to sign said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November,
1979.
