A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A PROGRAM OF LOCAL
AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has applied for the
use of Federal Aid for Urban Systems Funds in the amount of $117,082.00;
and
WHEREAS, approval of Program Supplement No. 9 to Local
Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5323 is necessary to obtain the funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. That the Program is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day-of December. 1979.
