A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 66-333 ESTABLISHING
AN ANNEXATION PROCEDURAL COMMITTEE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
a) That the City Council established an Annexation
Procedural Committee by Resolution No. 66-333.
b) That by action of this resolution the City
Council rescinds Resolution No. 66-333.
SEFTION 2. That the Annexation Procedural Committee be, and hereby
is rescinded.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
