A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 79-36, EXHIBIT A",
RELATING TO A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
AND DISCLOSURE CODE FOR CERTAIN
DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That Exhibit A" of Resolution
No. 79-36 is hereby amended to include the position
of City Engineer.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution.
