A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
CERTAIN ROADS TO B: IN THE FEDERAL-
AID URBAN SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of Transportation
under the Federal-Aid Highway Act Title 23 U.S. Code), the City with
the concurrence of the California Department or Transportation has
been designated to select a Federal-Aid Urban System in this City.
NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved and ordered by the City of Baldwin Park
State of California, that:
1. Industrial Street B" shall be classified and included in
the Functional Usage System as a minor arterial.
2. This Council concurs in and approves the roads as graphically
shown on Exhibit"A'and as designated in Exhibit:'B'(a11 exhibits
being attached hereto and hereby made d part of this resolution
as additions to and deletions from tho Federal-Aid Urban
System eligible for Federal-Aid in the City of Baldwin Park,
State of California, subject to the concurrence of the Cali-
fornia Department of Transportation and approval of the Federal
Highway Administration.
3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorised to sign on
behalf of the City.
4. The City Clerk shall certify the adr^ Lion of this resolution.
