A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL GF
THE CITY Of BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
RENEWAL OF THE ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
AGREEMENT AND THE EXAMINATION OF TRACT
MAPS AND PARCEL MAPS AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PAR|( DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Animal Control Services Agreement with
the County of Los Angeles i^ hereby renewed for a one-year period
effective July 1, 1980'and ending June 30, 198].
SECTION 2. That the Examination of Tract f^aps and Parcel Maps
Agreement with the County of Los Angeles is hereby renewed for a one-year
period effect! ve'July 1. 1980 and ending June 30, 1981.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the Chief
Administrative Officer of the County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day o^-Wrch, 1980.
