A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Government
Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the availability
of funds for payment thereof.
SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the
period from 3/16/80 through 3/29/80 inclusive, has been presented to the
City Council as required by law, and that the same is hereby ratified and
approved, in the amount of $103,133.82.
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 27890 through
27993 inclusive, in the total amount of $391,355.14 constituting the
claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented
to the City Council, as required by law, and the same are hereby approved.

I, LINDA GAIR, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly approved and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting of the City Council on the 16th day of April, 1980, by the following
