A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 79-69 ESTABLISHING A
CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S
CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE
POSITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 79-69, Exhibit A", is hereby
amended by the addition of the following position designated a Classified
Service Employee":
CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEE
TITLE
Deputy City Clerk
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the
Personnel Commission.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1980.
