A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTEN-
TION TO VACATE THAT CERTAIN STREET EASE-
MENT ON RAMONA BOULEVARD WEST OF FOSTER
AVENUE 80-V-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of
that certain street easement as shown in Exhibit A" and described
as:
Beginning at the North Westerly corner of Lot 20 Tract
8805, Map Book 116, Page 1 of records of Los Angeles
County, thence SPS*^' 40" W 537.61 feet more or less to
point of tangency with a curve concave to the Northwest
and having a radius of 1050 feet and a central angle of
56431 56", thence North Easterly along said curve a distance
of 105.05 feet thence, N 69<>28> 44" E a distance of 101.06
feet to a curve concave to the South East and having a
radius of 950 feet and a central angle of 5'43' 56", thence
North Easterly along said curve a distance of 95.04 feet
Thence S 75ll2'40I'E a distance of 261.61 feet thence
S U^rz^E a distance of 20 feet, thence S 75B12•40'•W
a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwi/n Park
Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions
of Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Calif-
ornia.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of July
1980, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at the City
Hall, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles. State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation
as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices
to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall Certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
