A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE
VACATION OF THAT CERTAIN STREET EASE-
MENT LOCATED ON RAMONA BOULEVARD WEST
OF FOSTER AVENUE, PLEASE REFER TO
EXHIBIT A" 80-V-2)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941", the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
did on the 4th day of June, 198(7, adopt its Resolution of Intention
No. 80-41, declaring its intention to vacate a certain street ease-
ment located at Ramona Boulevard West of Foster Avenue Please refer
to Exhibit A" 80-V-2) in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California as described herein; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly published
and notice of street vacation duly posted, all in the form, place,
time and manner required by law and all legal requirements have been
met; and
WHEREAS, this City Council, at the hearing designated by
said Resolution of Intention, of the 2nd day of July 1980, heard all
of the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and ORDER, as follows:
SECTION 1. Beginning at the North Westerly corner of Lot
20 Tract 8805, Map Book 116, Page 1 of records of Los Angeles County,
thence S75° 12' 40" W 537.61 feet more or less to point of tangency
with a curve concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 1050
feet and a central angle of 5"431 56", thence North Easterly along
said curve a distance of 105.05 feet thence, N 69*28' 44" E a distance
to 101.06 feet to a curve concave to the Southeast and having a
radius of 950 feet and a central angle of 5*43' 56", thence. North
Easterly along said curve a distance of 95.04 feet, thence S 75tfl21 40" E
a distance of 261.61 feet thence S 14<>471 20" E a distance of 20 feet,
thence S 75*12' 40" W a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify
to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy
thereof, attested by her under the seal of the City to be recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd /da/ of July 1980.
