That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to alt positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Service Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the Personnel Commission. CLASSIFIED MANAGEMENT SERVICE EMPLOYEES The following positions within the CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES shall not receive overtime compensation in any form.
