HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980 051 CC RESO1980 051 CC RESO(ÌìîRESOLUTION NO. 80-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE POSITIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to alt positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Service Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the Personnel Commission. CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES The following positions within the CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES shall not receive overtime pay, except that all hours worked in excess of forty 40) hours actually worked during a given work week shall be accrued at stright time compensatory time. Administrative Analyst Administrative Assistant Administrative Secretary Civil Engineering Assistant Deputy City Clerk Maintenance Foreman Plan Checker Planning Associate Programmer Analyst Recreation Program Supervisor Senior Secretary In the event of a conflict between this section and an approved Memorandum of Understanding, the Memorandum of Understanding shall take precedence. 3. CLASSIFIED MANAGEMENT SERVICE EMPLOYEES The following positions within the CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES shall not receive overtime compensation in any form.
