A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING SPECIAL COUNSEL TO
PREPARE PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
FOR THAT CERTAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT KNOWN AS
RIVERGRADE COMMERCENTER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED that BURKE, WILLIAMS AND SORENSEN be, and it
is hereby, appointed as Special Counsel to supervise all proceedings
and to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and
proceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereafter
authorized by the City Council in re Rivergrade Commercenter
Assessment District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of said firm be
made for the sum of $17,600.00 Such fee will not include fees
for condemnation*
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
