A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK FOR
RIVERGRADE COMMERCENTER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park that Municipal Services, Inc. be, and it is hereby, appointed
Engineer of Work for the doing of all the necessary engineering
work and exercising all of the functions provided for the office of
Engineer of Work and Superintendent of Streets under the Improvement
Act of 1911" in connection with the improvement work in the
construction of improvements in Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment
District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the services, design work of
said Municipal Services, Inc. shall be compensated in accordance
with Curve A of the latest edition of Manual No. 45 of the American
Society of Civil Engineers; assessment engineering shall be 2% of
the amount to be assessed and field and construction engineering to
be on an hourly basis using current hourly fees.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th/Qay of August, 1980.
