A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THAT CERTAIN ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT KNOWN AS RIVERGRADE COMMERCENTER
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, that
Municipal Services, Inc. be and it is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for the construction
of street improvements in Rivergrade Commercenter in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, together
with careful estimates of costs.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th,^ay of August, 1980.
