A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THAT CERTAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT KNOWN AS
RIVERGRADE COMMERCENTER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, that the map,
plans and specifications submitted by the Engineer of Work in
Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment District in the City of Baldwin
Park be and they are hereby adopted as the map, plans and specifi-
cations for the doing of said work and improvement. Said map, plans
and specifications are henceforth referred to as:
a) Map of Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment District"
b) Plans for Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment District
c) Specifications for Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment
District"
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution. /-.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th da^ of August, 1980.
