A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITIONS
IN CONNECTION WITH RIVERGRADE COMMERCENTER
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park that the right-of-way map attached hereto as Exhibit A" is
hereby approved and the designated rights-of-way set forth on said
map are hereby adopted as necessary for acquisition in connection
with the proposed proceedings in the Rivergrade Commercenter
Assessment District.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th^a^ of August, 1980.
