RESOLUTION NO. 80-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON RIVERGRADE COMMER-
CENTER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.80-67, in the proceeding for the
formation of Rivergrade Commercenter Assessment District, this City
Council ordered a report prepared by the City Engineer under and
pursuant to the provisions of the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer ha's prepared said report and
presented the same to this City Council and this City Council has
examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. That said report be and the same is hereby approved
for submission to the owners of the property within said district, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse the fact and date of such
approval on said report and to file said report in the office of said
Clerk.
SECTION 2. That September 17 1980, at the hour of
7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of this City Council in the City
Hall of said City, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing
on said report, and such hearing shall be held by this City Council.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
give notice of said time and place of hearing by mailing a copy of the
notice thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 2850 to 2855,
inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
