A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 79-116, IN COMPLIANCE
WITH A WRIT OF MANDATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in compliance with that certain Writ of Mandate,
issued by the Los Angeles Superior Court in a matter entitled Randall
VS. City of Baldwin Park, et al," LASC No. C315123, Resolution No. 79-116
be, and thereby is, repealed and recinded.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk should certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and forward a certified copy thereof to the City
Attorney.
