A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
A COMMISSIONER TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
VICTOR SWANGER)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
pursuant to Section 34200 et aeq. of the Health and Safety Code
Homing Authorities Law) declared the need for a Houaing
Authority and appointed certain persons as Commissioners in
Resolution No. 77-88; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34272 of said Code, the
City Council wishes to reappoint a qualified person of the
community as a Housing Authority Comnissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Parkt
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby appoints
VICTOR SWANGBR as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the
City of Baldwin Park for a period of four 4) years.
SECTION 2. That said Comissioner is hereby vested
with all the rights, powers, duties, privileges and imunities
incident thereto, except that no member of the Co—ission shall
receive any compensation, as such, for serving as a SMMRber of
said Housing Authority.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately.
