A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
A COMMISSIONER TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK LA MARR
MOSLEY)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to Section 34200 et seq.. of the Health and Safety Code Housing Authorities
Law), declared the need for a Housing Authority and appointed certain persons
as Commissioners in Resolution No. 77-88; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34272 of said Code, the City Council
wishes to reappoint a qualified person of the community as a Housing
Authority Commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby reappoints Mr. La Marr
Mosley as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin
Park for a period of four 4) years.
SECTION 2. That said Commissioner is hereby vested with all the
rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities incident thereto, except
that no member of the Commission shall receive any compensation, as such,
for serving as a member of said Housing Authority.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
