A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 79-110 SETTING FEES
AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING
AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES,
PERMITS AND LICENSES RELATING TO
SECTION 3800, REFUSE COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 79-110, Exhibit A", is hereby
amended as follows:
3800 Refuse Collection and Disposal
Franchise Fee
10% of gross amount
collected each month,
payable by the 10th
of each month as of
January 1, 1980
Residential Fees
Single Family units
Multiple Family per unit
4.50/month
4.50/month/lst unit
plus 2.70/each
additional unit".
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repeated.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1980.
