A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
DENNIS R. HALLOWAY AS ACTING CITY
MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Dennis R. Halloway be, and hereby is, appointed
as the Acting City Manager of the City of Baldwin Park, effective
February 1. 1981.
SECTION 2. That the compensation to be paid to said appointee
shall be as set forth tn Resolution No. 80-105 for the position of City
Manager and the Memorandum of Understanding,
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day oTF^bruary, 1981.

I, LINDA L. GAIR, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duty and regularly approved
