A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT, ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
AGREEMENT AND THE EXAMINATION OF
TRACT MAPS AND PARCEL MAPS AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the General Services Agreement with the
County of Los Angeles is hereby renewed for a five-year period effective
July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1986.
SECTION 2. That the Animal Control Services Agreement with
the County of Los Angeles is hereby renewed for a one-year period
effective July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1982.
SECTION 3. That the Examination of Tract Maps and Parcel Maps
Agreement with the County of Los Angeles is hereby renewed for a one-year
period effective July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1982.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the Chief
Administrative Officer of the County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day ebruary, 1981.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at
its regular meeting of the City Council on the 18th day of February, 1981,
