A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 79-38 RELATING TO APPLICATIONS TO
AMEND THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 79-38, is hereby amended by
the addition of the following:
SECTION 6. Amendments Amendments or changes to
the General Plan.
No mandatory element of the General Plan shall be amended
more frequently than three times during any calendar year.
This section shall not apply to the adoption of any element
of the general plan.
The City shall receive amendments or changes to the element
or elements of the General Plan throughout the calendar year.
The City shall process for public hearing only those appli-
cations accepted as complete by the last calendar day of the
months of January, May, and September."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Ma^ch. 1981.
