A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such
appointees shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Council, and shall
serve for the term of office as follows:
Merrill F. Whitley for Office No. 2
the term to expire on June 30, 1981
Levi J. Richard, Sr. for Office No. 4
the term to expire on June 30, 1982
John Rumney for Office No. 5
the term to expire on June 30, 1982
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the appointees herein-
above described.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of March,/981.
