A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
ANNEXATION NO,. 1 TO THE WEST RAMONA LANDSCAPE AND
LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the Engineer to prepare
a report in accordance with Article 4» Chapter 1, Division 15 of the
California Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said order, the Engineer filed the
report with the City Clerk on the 26th day of May, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted the report to the
City Council and the City Council now has received and examined the
report as so submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The report prepared by the Engineer and filed
with the City Clerk on the 26th day of May, 1981, hereby is approved.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd da7 of June 1981.

I, Linda L. Gair, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly approved
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its
regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of June 1981,

AYES: COUNCILMEN McNEILL, KING, AGUILAR, HOLMAN AND MAYOR WHITE
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
