A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A
CONDITIONAL BASIC SALARY PLAN
CLASSIFIED SERVICE SWORN AND NON-
SWORN SAFETY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference, marked Exhibits A", B", C" and D", is a Basic Salary Plan,
adopted pursuant to Section 2250 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
relating to positions in the City's employment which are designated and
classed as Classified Service" positions in such employ.
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This authority to adopt said Resolution is subject
to ratification by the Baldwin Park Public Safety Employees Association
prior to 12:00 Noon. July 10, 1981.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each department head of the City and the Personnel Officer.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, at its adjourned
