A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
STREET EASEMENTS ON WALNUT STREET
NORTH OF FRAZIER STREET 81-V-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacations of those certain
street easements as shown in Exhibit A", attached hereto, and as described
in Exhibit B", attached hereto, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section
8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of
September, 1981, Ts hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at
the City Halt, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place
for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation
as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices to
be posted in the manner set forth Tn Section 8322 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of Awust, 1981.

PARCEL 1
That portion of Lot 8, Tract No. 718, as shown on map recorded in Book 17,
page 17, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles,
within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land described
in deed to Frank R. Shultz, recorded as Document No. 292 in Book 36536, Page
101, of Official Records in the office of said Recorder; thence easterly along
the northerly line of said certain parcel of land to a line parallel with and
30 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from westerly line of said certain
parcel of land; thence southeasterly in a direct line to a point in the
southerly line of said certain parcel of land, said point being the inter-
section of a line parallel with and 40 feet easterly, measured at right angles,
from said westerly line, with the southerly line of said certain parcel of land;
thence westerly along said southerly line to said westerly line; thence
northerly along said westerly line to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2
That portion of Lot 8, Tract No. 718, as shown on map recorded in Book 17,
page 17, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the south half of the east half of
said lot; thence southerly along the westerly tine of said east half 70.00
feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of said south half to
the beginning of a curve concave to the west and having a radius of 44 feet,
said westerly line being a radial of said curve; thence northerly along said
curve to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the east, tangent to a
line parallel with and 30 feet easterly, measured at right angles from said
westerly line; thence northerly along last mentioned curve to last mentioned
parallel line; thence northerly along last mentioned parallel line to said
northerly line; thence westerly along said northerly line to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL 3
The westerly 5 feet of the northerly 75 feet of the southerly 315 feet of
Lot 8, Tract No. 718, as shown on map recorded in Book 17, page 17, of Maps,
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
That portion of the northerly 75 feet of the southerly 315 feet of the
westerly 300 feet of above mentioned Lot 8, within the following described
boundaries:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of said southerly 315 feet of said
Lot 8. distant N 75° 12' 40" E thereon 270 feet from the westerly line of
said Lot 8; thence continuing N 75° 12' 40" E 30 feet; thence S 14° 47' 20" E
75 feet; thence S 75° 12' 40" W 43.72 feet along the southerly line of said
northerly 75 feet to its intersection with a curve concave to the east, having
a radius of 44 feet and whose tangent bears S 21° 19' 53" E; thence northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 33° 10' 12" a distance of 23.47
feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the west and having a radius of
83 feet; thence northerly along said curve through a central angle of 26° 47' 20"
and an arc length of 40.90 feet to its tangent; thence N 14° 47' 20" W 10.84
feet to the point of beginning.

That portion of the northerly 75 feet of the southerly 315 feet of the westerly
300 feet of above mentioned Lot 8, within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of said southerly 315 feet of said
Lot 8, distant N 75° 12' 40" E thereon 270 feet from the westerly line of said
Lot 8; thence continuing N 75° 12' 40" E 30 feet; thence S 14° 47' 20" E 75 feet;
thence S 75° 12' 40" W 43.72 feet along the southerly line of said northerly 75
feet to its intersection with a curve concave to the east, having a radius of 44
