HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981 076 CC RESO1981 076 CC RESO(Ììï…RESOLUTION NO. 81-76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE THOSE CERTAIN STREET EASEMENTS NORTH OF LOS ANGELES STREET BETWEEN NORTH PHELAN AVENUE AND PARK AVENUE 81-V-3) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that certain street easement as shown in Exhibit A", attached hereto, and as described in Exhibit B", attached hereto, relating to subject real property in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California. SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 p.m., on the 2nd day of September, 1981, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at the City Hall, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for hearing a11 persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation as above described. SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code. SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
