A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A DEFERRED COMPENSATION
PROGRAM WITH CALIFORNIA FEDERAL
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has reviewed the Deferred
Compensation Program; and
WHEREAS, California Federal Deferred Compensation Program
provides to the City employees opportunity to build a sustained retirement
fund to augment their retirement pension plans; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park is empowered to withdraw from
the plan after notice to California Federal in writing; thirty days notice
is required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park does hereby authorize California Federal to initiate
a plan September 2, 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of/September 1981,
