That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine, and declare as follows: a) In accordance with the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941", the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, did on the 5th day of August, 1981, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 81-76, declaring its intention to vacate certain street easement north of Los Angeles Street between North Phelan Avenue and Park Avenue Please refer to Exhibit A" 81-V-3) in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California as described herein; and b) Said resolution of Intention was duly published and notice of street vacation duly posted, all in the form, place, time and manner required by law and all legal requirements have been met; and c) This City Council, at the hearing designated by said Resolution of Intention, of the 5th day of August, 1981, heard all of the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation. Section 2. That the public street easement, in, over, under, along and across that certain real property described on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and hereby is vacated. Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof, attested by her under the seal of the City to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
