A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OR
CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO
DEEDS OR GRANTS CONVEYING ANY INTER-
EST IN OR EASEMENT UPON REAL ESTATE
TO THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AT 13402
TRACY STREET.
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code of the
State of California enables the City of Baldwin Park by a general
resolution to authorize an officer or agent of the City to accept
and consent to deeds or grants to the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: The Chief Administrative Officer or City
Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park is hereby authorized to accept
and consent to deeds or grants conveying any interest in or ease-
ment upon real estate to the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2: The Chief Administrative Officer or City
Clerk shall attach to the deed or grant so accepted and consented
to a Certificate of Acceptance, which shall be substantially
the following form:
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated____________,
from Thi Trinh Kha Pham and Thien Nhon Nguyen, to the City
of Baldwin Park, a political corporation and/or governmental
agency, is hereby accepted by order of the City Council
on___________________, and the grantee consents
to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer."
