A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
BALDWIN PARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SAN GABRIEL
RIVER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT 1981 TAX ALLOCATION
AND REFUNDING BONDS
WHEREAS, the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency the
Agency") is a duly constituted public body, corporate and politic/
established pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the
State of California the Law"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the Agency has duly
authorized the issuance of $4,000,000 principal amount of its
Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency San Gabriel River Redevelopment
Project 1981 Tax Allocation and Refunding Bonds; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park has reviewed said financing as proposed and
wishes to declare its approval thereof in accordance with
Section 33640 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK as follows:
SECTION 1. The issuance by the Baldwin Park Redevelopment
Agency of $4,000,000 principal amount of its Baldwin Park
Redevelopment Agency San Gabriel River Redevelopment Project 1981
Tax Allocation and Refunding Bonds is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage and adopttjon.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16^h day of December, 1981.
