A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
and the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency have consented to a
joint public hearing for consideration of the proposed Redevelop-
ment Plan for the Central Business District Redevelopment Project/-
and
WHEREAS, the adoption of a Redevelopment Plan requires that
an Environmental Impact Report be prepared on the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must consider the Environmental
Impact Report for the Central Business District Redevelopment
Project prior to adoption of the Redevelopment Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park hereby certifies the Environmental Impact Report for the
proposed Central Business District Redevelopment Project.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
