A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE THAT PORTION OF A FUTURE STREET,
LOCATED SOUTH OF EAST CLARK STREET, NORTH OF
EAST PALM AVENUE, WEST OF MAINE AVENUE AND
EAST OF BALDWIN PARK BOULEVARD. 82-V-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that certain street
easement as shown in Exhibit A" attached hereto, and described as:
The Northerly 60 feet of the Southerly 180 feet of Lot 13
of Tract 1342 as per map filed in Book 18, Pages 122 and 123
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section
8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 PM on the 7th day of April
1982, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at City Hail,
located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California,is hereby fixed as the place for hearing
all persons interested in order objecting to the proposed vacation as above
described.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices to
be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets and
Highway Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
