A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE
BY THE BALDWIN PARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF ITS 1982 SAN GABRIEL RIVER REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA TAX ALLOCATION NOTES, SERIES A,
IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $3,425,000 AND
CONFIRMING AND AGREEING TO SUBORDINATION OF
AGENCY BORROWING TO SAID NOTES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, Los Angeles
County, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, in implementation of a Redevelopment Plan for the Baldwin Park
Redevelopment Agency's San Gabriel River Redevelopment Project, the Agency proposes
to issue tax allocation notes and to provide additional financing for the Redevelop-
ment Project;
WHEREAS, to that end the Agency did, on March 25, 1982, adopt Resolution
No. 123, Resolution of the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency Authorizing the
Issuance of $3,425,000 Principal Amount of Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency 1982
San Gabriel River Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Notes, Series A;
WHEREAS, Section 33640 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
California requires the Agency to obtain the approval of the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park prior to issuance of the Bonds authorized pursuant to the
foregoing described Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has heretofore borrowed and may hereafter, from time
to time, borrow moneys from the City of Baldwin Park for purposes of the San Gabriel
River Redevelopment Project and for other Agency purposes and it is necessary to
confirm and agree that repayment of such borrowings is subordinate to repayment of
principal and interest of the Notes;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, as follows:
1. The Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency is hereby given approval to
issue said Tax Allocation Notes, Series A, in a principal amount of $3,425,000.
2. The City Council hereby confirms and agrees that the repayment of
a11 borrowings heretofore or hereafter, from time to time, made by the Agency
from the City of Baldwin Park for purposes of the San Gabriel River Redevelopment
Project or for other Agency purposes is and shall be subordinate to the repayment
of the principal and interest of the Notes and the provisions of this Section 2
shall be deemed to be incorporated into the terms and conditions of a11 such
borrowings by the Agency from the City of Baldwin Park.
3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

Notice of Special Mooting of the Baldwin
Park Redevelopment Agency, Baldwin Park,
California
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Baldwin
Park Redevelopment Agency will be held at the Agency Office,
14403 East Pacific Avenue/ Baldwin Park / California at
5:30 p.m., March 25, 1982.
The purpose of said Special Meeting shall be for conducting
business related to the approval of a resolution authorizing
the issuance of $3 / 425<?00y Principal Amount of Baldwin Park
Redevelopment Agency 1982 San Gabriel River Redevelopment
Project Ta^ Allocation Notes/ Series A; a resolution awarding
the sale of notes; and a resolution authorizing the issuance
of 1982 residential mortgage revenue bonds.
