Home My WebLink About1982 032 CC RESO1982 032 CC RESO(ÌìëépeRESOLUTION NO. 82-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE BALDWIN PARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED AMENDED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND AN ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS NEGATIVE DECLARATION) FOR THE PUENTE-MERCED REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33355 of the California Health and Safety Code/ the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park may consent to hold a joint public hearing with the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency for the purpose of considering the proposed Amended Redevelopment Plan; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to hold a joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency to consider the proposed Amended Redevelopment Plan and the Environmental Analysis Negative Declaration) for the Puente-Merced Redevelopment Project on June 1, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby consents to a joint public hearing with the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency, to consider the proposed Amended Redevelopment Plan and the Environmental Analysis Negative Declaration) for the Puente- Merced Redevelopment Project. SECTION 2- That such joint public hearing be held on June 2, 1982, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Baldwin Park City Hall and that the Executive Director take all appropriate actions and notify those persons required to be notified by law of such public hearings including publications of legal notices regarding such hearing. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. 7 APPROVED and ADOPTED this day of April, 1982.
