A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIT'"'ÀêEALDWIN PARK EXEMPTING CERTAIN
PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS FROM REVIEW.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T̥KŃSY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Section 65402 of the GovernQó¡Ü Eod¾ÀÍMsires the Planning
Agency review of acquisitions, dispositions, vacations, and abaˆgè§bnts of public
property for conformity with the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, Section 6540P.àêshe Government Cobe provides for an exemption
from said provisions pertaining to the revieó€úàêdertain public works projects for
conformity with said General Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE gV¸ÔTOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve as follows:ï •Œ™BCTION 1. That the provisions of Section 65402 shall not apply to
the disposition of the îÆöç£ider of a larger parcel which was acquired and used
in part for street purposes.
SECTIOh ª¨ê'That the provisions of Section 65402 shall not apply to
acquisitions, dispositions or abaHZ÷è§bnts for street widening.
SECTION 3. That the provisions of Section 65402 shall not appN{ˆò¥
alignment projects provided any dispositions for street purposes, acquisitions,
dispositKiÖõæ'or abandonments for street widening, or alignment projects are of
a minor nature.
SECTÍ/ð¦þ) The City Clerk of the City shall certify to the adoption
of the resolution.
