A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE
VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF A FUTURE
STREET, LOCATED SOUTH OF EAST CLARK
STREET, NORTH OF EAST PALM AVENUE, WEST
OF MAINE AVENUE AND EAST OF BALDWIN
PARK BLVD. REFER TO EXHIBIT A, 82-V-2)
SECTION 1. In accordance with the provisions of the
Street Vacation Act of 1941", the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, did on the 3rd day of March, 1982, adopt its Resolution of
Intention No. 82-21, declaring its intention to vacate that Portion of
a Future Street, Located South of East dark Street, North of East Palm
Avenue, West of Maine Avenue and East of Baldwin Park Blvd. Refer to
Exhibit A, 82-V-2) in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California as described herein; and
SECTION 2. Said Resolution of Intention was duly
published and notice of street vacation duty posted, all in the form,
place, time and manner required by law and all legal requirements have
been met; and
SECTION 3. This City Council, at the hearing designated
by said Resolution of Intention, on the 7th day of April, 1982, heard all
of the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and ORDER, as follows:
The Northerly 60 feet of the Southerly 180 feet of
Lot 13 of Tract 1342 of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 18, Pages 122 and 123 of Maps in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified
copy thereof, attested by her under the seat of the City to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder, Los Angeles, County, California.
