A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITím‚¶éEALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING
A CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S
CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIE쟵›QICE
POSITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:7`ßúšBCTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference marked Exhibit A", i¯ä¶ÐŠkassification Plan, adopted pursuant
to Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, rcÊ´„ ig to all
positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified
Service Emplq£¶•º% and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ.
SECTION 2. That a11 Resolutions or>ª¼‚½nons thereof, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk yηœ¥'certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to tbÃö³ sy
Manager, each department head of the City//aTTTTTthe Personnel Officer.
