A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING ROBERT
FLANDRICK AS CITY ATTORNEY AND APPROVING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Robert Flandrick
as the City Attorney for the City of Baldwin Park is hereby
ratified and approved.
SECTION 2. That execution of an agreement for
legal services between the City of Baldwin Park, the Baldwin
Park Redevelopment Agency, the Housing Authority of the City
of Baldwin Park, and the law firm of Burke, Williams and
Sorensen is approved; said Agreement shall be effective upon
date of adoption.
SECTION 3. That the compensation to be paid to
said appointee shall be as set forth in said Agreement.
SECTION 4. That all resolutions or portions
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That the City
