A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR LOCAL
STREETS AND ROAD CLAIMS AUTHORIZED UNDER ARTICLE
8 OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY CODE SECTION 99400 A FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983.
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has planned local street
improvements in conformance with the City of Baldwin Park specifications and
State requirements;
WHEREAS, the City of Bladwin Park desires to construct
local street improvements within their City utilizing the funds available
under Article 8 of the Public Utility Code Section 99400 A.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does resolve as follows:
1) To authorize the City Manager, as the City's
authorized signature and the City Engineer as the
designated contact person;
2) To apply for a11 funds available to the City of
Baldwin Park allocated for local streets and road
claims.
