A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 77-16 AND ADOPTING THE
BALDWIN PARK ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in accordance with the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act CEQA), the City Council is
required to adopt procedures for the environmental reveiw
of all public and private projects.
SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 77-16 which established regulations for
processing environmental impact reports is hereby repeated.
SECTION 3. That those certain documents, attached hereto as Exhibit A"
are hereby adopted as the Baldwin Park Environmental Guide-
lines and said documents establish processing procedures as
required by CEQA.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the
passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy
thereof, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder,
Los Angeles County, California.
