A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
AND ADOPTING A STREETSCAPE MANUAL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does resolve as follows:
a. That the Community Design Element of the
General Plan makes referenced adoption
of a policy to the beautification of City
streets and public areas; and
b. That the City Council has determined that
the public interest requires the approval
of the Streetscape Manual setting guide-
lines for design; and
c. That the Streetscape Manual a copy of
which 1s attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed
in the manner required by law.
