HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982 098 CC RESO1982 098 CC RESO(ÌìêÉRESOLUTION NO. 82-98 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park desires that the area hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment project within this area is feasible; and WHEREAS/ the City Council desires that a redevelopment project be initiated within this area should it be found that such a project is feasible; and WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000, et seq.) provides that redevelopment survey areas may be designated by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby designates as a Redevelopment Survey Area that area described on Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby finds that the said designated area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within the area is feasible. SECTION 3.
